It’s designed to give younger members guided gym experience and build confidence in strength and fitness training.


Seniors Fitness
Gentle exercises, flexibility routines, strength building and social interaction.
Tailored specifically for mature adults, these classes focus on gentle exercises, flexibility routines, strength building and social interaction in a welcoming setting.
Sessions run Tuesdays and Thursdays, with a strength program followed by group cardio and no booking is required for the first visit.
