A Monumental Milestone for PCYC North!
Today, we are absolutely thrilled to announce a momentous occasion in the history of PCYC North – the arrival of our newly refurbished Mobile Activity Centre (MAC) trailer, courtesy of the incredible generosity of ACL Bearing company!
ACL Bearing has been an unwavering pillar of support for our community for over two decades, and their sponsorship of the entire refurbishment of our beloved MAC trailer, originally acquired in 1999, is a testament to their enduring commitment to our cause.
But their impact doesn’t stop there! ACL Bearings has also played a pivotal role in enriching the lives of countless youths across the northern suburbs, by funding MAC programs in Mayfield, Rocherlea, George Town, Ravenswood, and Waverly.
Today’s presentation of the refurbished trailer marks an extraordinary celebration of 25 years of the MAC program – a journey that wouldn’t have been possible without ACL Bearings’ initial purchase a quarter of a century ago.
In addition to this remarkable milestone, we also take this opportunity to honour and celebrate the remarkable Mark Brown, who has dedicated an incredible 20 years of service to PCYC North as the MAC program coordinator. Mark, your dedication and passion have truly transformed lives, and we are immensely grateful for your tireless efforts!
A special thank you to Chris Brooks, General Manager of ACL Bearing Company, for presenting the trailer to Mark Brown, alongside our esteemed PCYC North Board President, Shae Collis. Your support and partnership mean the world to us!
Today, as we reflect on our journey and look towards a future filled with endless possibilities, let us come together as a community to celebrate this incredible milestone and express our heartfelt gratitude to ACL Bearing and all those who have contributed to the success of the MAC program!
Here’s to 25 years of impact, and many more to come! Cheers to PCYC North and the incredible community we serve!
